Ongoing updates, content support, and tech maintenance for a full year after launch. So momentum doesn't stall.

If your brand needs polish, we handle it as part of the build. If it doesn't, we document and unify what you have.

The 2027 Rate Lock

Sign this year. Lock in this year's rate. For as long as we're your partner.

Blueprint's rates increase in 2027. Grant partners who commit to a 1-year agreement lock in their 2026 rate. Protected against renewal increases for the duration of the partnership. When 2028 arrives, existing grant partners stay on their locked rate; new applicants join the 2028 cohort at that year's pricing.

The math: it's the closest we can get to hiring a full-time in-house team. At a fraction of the cost, with the added expertise of our filmmaking arm baked in.

About the grant.

What's the actual discount?

Grant pricing is shared during the discovery call once we understand the scope of your project. We keep it private so it stays tied to a real conversation about fit. Not a spreadsheet decision. What we can say up front: the video and photo capture day is included at rates normally reserved for standalone film engagements, and your 1-year commitment locks in 2026 pricing against 2027 increases.

Who qualifies?

Registered nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. Churches, community organizations, and cause-aligned initiatives. The common thread is a real story worth telling and a readiness to invest in doing storytelling well over the long term. We evaluate every application individually.

What happens after the first year?

You can continue at your locked grant rate for as long as we're partners. No forced renewal, no rate increase surprises. If we're doing our job, you'll want to keep going. If not, terms are straightforward and we won't hold you hostage.

Can we bring existing content?

Absolutely. If you have existing photography, video, or written content that's still working for you, we'll fold it in. The capture day is designed to supplement what you have, not replace it.

What if we don't get in this cohort?

We accept applications on a rolling basis. If the current cohort is full, we'll let you know your position in the next one. The Website Refresh Grant is designed to run each year, so no application is wasted.
